Advanced Pre-Feasibility Study in Rwanda
MARGE is participating to a Pre-Feasibility Study for Electrification and Clean Cooking for Rural Schools in Rwanda. The project takes place within the Technical Assistance Facility for the “Sustainable Energy for All” (SE4ALL) initiative, funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium led by Stantec. Its global objective is to contribute to improve the standard of education and basic energy services by providing reliable electricity and environmentally sustainable cooking for public schools in Rwanda while reducing carbon emissions and unsustainable biomass consumption. MARGE has provided a financial expert to create and analyse various financial models related to solar electrification and clean cooking within 400+ schools in rural Rwanda. Our expert will provide multiple scenarios allowing stakeholders to make well-informed decisions regarding investment and implementation activities.
